Ive been to Nirvana a handful of times over the past few years, but it's sadly just not the same anymore. Standards have dropped. The FOH team on arrival were miserable, no smiling, no welcoming feel, no chat or warmth.
I had booked in a pedicure and on booking over the phone was not told that I couldn't enter the water up to 2 hours after it was done. I wasn't even told on check in. So the rest of the evening was a bit disjointed when i found out in the treatment chair that i couldnt swim afterwards. Along with that, the application of the gel Polish was bubbled and chipped despite me following all the aftercare advice. The lady on reception upon check out even took photos of my nails as the quality was so bad..... but unsurprisingly, I was made to pay the full amount.
So overall...Terrible communication, miserable FOH staff, no customer care or consideration and just not the same anymore.
The 2 stars go to the lovely girl who did my nails, as she was so friendly and kind despite the outcome of them.

The best spa and gym in the area! You got so many facilities to explore and enjoy that no matter how many times you visit, it's never the same. A new addition of flavoured waters all around the spa are just delicious!

Had an amazing experience here. The hydro massage beds are insane! Float spa was bliss and food was delicious. So well laid out too.

I used to love this place, it was absolutely amazing. Literally Nirvana on earth. But now they're getting popular they're starting to cheap out.
It's so busy all the time because of the social media success they've had.
You used to get all drinks (minus alcohol) included in your package. But now you have to pay for all drinks and the price has actually gone up. They juice served is from this giant jug of Makro or Costco bulk buy and it was poured out for me still separated and wasnt even left in the fridge. Compared to the last time I went and it was bottled Frobshers, straight out of the fridge or a can of Nicks and Kicks which are both nearly £4 each now.
The hot drinks also are beginning to taste watered down, the hot chocolate or coffee not as strong as it used to be.
It such a shame because I love this place. But there are other spas in the country which are cheaper and Nirvana is beginning to match their level rather than exceed expectations.

This was the most relaxed day ever. We were welcomed from the first moment and the check in was easy and quick. They gave us towels and robes and lead us to the changing rooms.(remember to bring your own flip flops)
We started with a coffee and took some time near the pool. We really enjoyed every room specially the salt water one. The whole place was so tranquil. We been to the sauna as well and then had our dinner. I must say the food quality was amazing considering we were in a spa. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will be back again.

Absolutely love nirvana spa! Been 5 times now and by far the best spa day. Staff are always lovely and helpful, facilities are amazing and clean, food especially the buffet lunch is delicious. Would recommend to anyone!

The best spa. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all, this is the place to be. Even without booking any extras, there is plenty for you to do - swimming pools, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy, lounge chairs. The food is healthy and delicious - you won’t be craving for more food. If you do go for a treatment, they have all been top notch. I cannot wait for my next visit.

The place had a thing that Smells Like Teen Spirit, maybe because there was a Lounge Act in a Heart-Shaped Box. You can always Come As You Are on this spa, kind of felt Dumb when I didn't, All Apologies. One pool was filled with Lithium, however. This spa doesn't Drain You on your money.

Exceeded my expectations. I’ve worked in and visited a lot of spas - this was one of if not the best.
Easy to find and park. Checking in was quick, the reception team friendly and welcoming. Changing facilities nice with plenty of easy to use lockers!! Spa facilities outstanding, it really has it all and more. Everything perfectly clean. Unfortunately outdoors was shut but it was particularly poor weather so no fault of the spa - we’re looking forward to a summer visit. Even with outdoors shut there was still space in every facility we wanted to use, plenty of loungers available too. Strong hydrotherapy pool, the jets worked wonders!! I often find the steam/sauna too hot or cold but they were the perfect temperate with nice scents. I loved the range of cafes and snack bars available at pool side. Some free infused water available too. We had the hydro bed treatment which I did not enjoy as much as a regular massage chair. We also had the Celestial Floatation, I’m glad I did but I wouldn’t do it again. You can bath in the same water free next door. The 20mins felt a bit long and the room was silent with no music. The shampoo, conditioner and face wash given after were a nice touch but in a small crammed shower room with all the other guests, wasn’t the nicest experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and I’m glad I had the treatments although they were not to my preference. next time I’ll do a full spa day with a massage.

We usually go to Nirvana once a year and it's always a very enjoyable experience. It's clean, has a big choice of pools/experiences and friendly staff. Only few cons: it's expensive and prices have gone up recently; salad bar food choice is not as good as it used to be few years ago.
